I was pleasantly surprised to see Cyberpunk 2077 finally available on Mac. As a huge fan of the game, I purchased it immediately for my Mac and was instantly hooked. It feels like a truly modern game: the dialogues, main story, and side quests are all engaging. The world is incredibly detailed and immersive, from the posters and billboards to the many objects you can interact with or destroy. The game is a fantastic experience when it works, but I've encountered some significant problems.Major IssuesThe biggest problem I've faced is frequently being unable to get past the loading screen. When the game launches, you press the spacebar to begin, and then press it again to start "breaching" before the main menu appears. For me, this second press fails to register about 60-70% of the time, forcing me to restart the game over and over.Even when I successfully get into the game, stability is a major issue. The game crashes often, especially when the world is loading quickly, such as when I'm driving fast and spinning the camera. The game crashes without a clear pattern, which is frustrating. Some in-game objects also have loading issues. I've seen cars literally spawn out of the sky, crash, and explode on the road. Enemies sometimes get stuck in textures, making them impossible to loot without saving and reloading. I've also seen some funny glitches, like NPCs who hug the air after their partner runs away when shots are fired nearby.Final ThoughtsWhile there are a few other minor bugs, they are nothing compared to the frequent crashing and loading screen issues. It's disappointing because the core of the game is so good, but the technical problems make it hard to enjoy, I’d say barely possible. I use MacBook Pro M4 Max 36 gb
