Every adopted dog reminds us of this truth. The goal isn't simply to provide a new home. It's to create a sense of belonging. A place where comfort becomes confidence. Where uncertainty becomes possibility. Where holding onto a cherished toy is no longer about getting through the day, but simply being happy. Sydney Lake さんが「いいね！」しましたSydney Lake さんが「いいね！」しましたI’ve wrapped up a beautiful year and a half stint as a Tow Journalism Fellow with FRONTLINE PBS, where I’ve had my head down on an upcoming documentary about the global scourge and economy of scams, in collab with the Associated Press. Goes without saying, it’s a wild ride ! My work has been a little of everything, I drafted interview questions for scam experts and law enforcement officials, worked on shoots, led the team's "scam-baiting" project and traced trails of stolen money, and went in-depth on four scam victim cases for an interactive site that delivers an intimate look at how scams unfold and the manipulative tactics scammers use, coming soon too. I’ve been so lucky to work with some jewels in the field who deserve many thanks, my manager Priyanka Boghani who raised the bar so high, Katherine Griwert and Patrice T., story editor and writer extraordinaires, Ellen O'Neill my perfect neighbor <3, Miles Alvord and Nicki DeMarco for all the video mentorship and of course Raney Aronson's calm steering. This project has been a thrill. Work continues, onwards :)
