In some embodiments, the method for processing the search of the government service provided by the embodiment of the invention can be further implemented by combining with a blockchain technology.
Blockchain refers to the storage structure of encrypted, chained transactions formed by blocks. The system is a shared database, and the data or information stored in the shared database has the characteristics of incapability of forging, traceability and collective maintenance.
An exemplary application of the blockchain network is described below taking as an example the server uploading historical access data of a user to the blockchain network for saving.
Firstly, when the server sends the historical access data of the user to the blockchain network, a corresponding transaction is generated, wherein the transaction comprises an intelligent contract required to be called for the historical access data of the user and parameters transferred to the intelligent contract, the transaction further comprises a digital certificate of the server and a signed digital signature, and the transaction is broadcasted to a consensus node in the blockchain network.
And then, when receiving the transaction, the consensus node in the blockchain network verifies the digital certificate and the digital signature carried by the transaction, and after the verification is successful, the identity of the business body carried in the transaction is confirmed whether the business body has transaction permission, and any one verification judgment of the digital signature and the permission verification can cause the transaction failure. After verification is successful, the consensus node's own digital signature (e.g., encrypted with the node's private key's digest of the transaction) is signed and broadcast in the blockchain network is continued.
Then, after receiving the transaction successfully verified, the consensus node in the blockchain network fills the transaction into a new block and broadcasts the new block. When a new block is broadcast by a consensus node in the blockchain network, the new block is verified, for example, whether a digital signature of a transaction in the new block is valid or not is verified, if the verification is successful, the new block is added to the tail part of a blockchain stored by the new block, a state database is updated according to the result of the transaction, and the transaction in the new block is executed, namely, for the submitted transaction storing historical access data of a user, a key value pair comprising the historical access data of the user is added in the state database.
An exemplary application of the blockchain network is described below using the client as an example of querying the blockchain network for historical access data of the user.
In some embodiments, the authority of the client is verified first, when the client has the authority to initiate querying of the historical access data of the user, a transaction for querying the historical access data of the user can be generated by the client and submitted to the blockchain network, the transaction is executed from the consensus node to query the corresponding historical access data of the user from the state database, then the intelligent contract executing the ordering function is called to order the multiple transacted areas of each item in descending order of access frequency according to the historical access data, and the ordering result is returned to the client.
In some embodiments, the method for processing the search of the government service provided by the embodiment of the invention can be further realized by combining an artificial intelligence cloud service technology.
The artificial intelligence cloud service (AIaaS, AI as a Service) is a service mode of an artificial intelligence platform currently mainstream, specifically, the AIaaS platform can split several common AI services and provide independent or packaged services at the cloud. The service mode is similar to that of an AI theme mall, all developers can access one or more artificial intelligence services provided by the use platform through an API interface, and partial advanced developers can deploy and operate and maintain cloud artificial intelligence services special for themselves by using an AI framework and AI infrastructure provided by the platform.
For example, the historical access data of the user may be stored in the artificial intelligence cloud service, so that the client may send a query request to the artificial intelligence cloud service, after receiving the query request sent by the client, the artificial intelligence cloud service obtains the historical access data of the corresponding user, and performs descending order sorting of access frequencies on a plurality of handling areas of each item according to the historical access data, and finally returns the sorting result to the client.
In some embodiments, before sorting the multiple processing regions aggregated in the target item, the steps of obtaining the user type of the submitted keyword, and screening the multiple processing regions according to the user type to obtain processing regions capable of accepting the user type in the multiple processing regions, wherein the processing regions capable of accepting the user type are used for sorting.
For example, taking the above "talent introduction" as an example, the user type of the user querying the government service "talent introduction" may be obtained first, and it is assumed that the user's learning is a family, while the requirements for the learning are "major and above" for talents introduction in Shenzhen city, and the requirements for the learning are "major and above" for other areas, and it is determined that the handling area capable of accepting the user type is only the pearl sea city, the Huizhou city and the flourishing city, and then only the three cities need to be ordered subsequently.

For example, taking the above "talent introduction" as an example, when the user wants to view the details of the matters introduced by talents in Shenzhen city, the user may click on a button corresponding to Shenzhen city, and when receiving the click operation of the user on the button corresponding to Shenzhen city, the client executes the subsequent jump operation to display the details of the matters introduced by talents in Shenzhen city.
In step S106, the client displays first category item details of the target item and a plurality of first category item detail buttons in one-to-one correspondence in the handling area for the handling area associated with the target button, wherein the first category item details include at least one of handling flow, required material, handling place, and acceptance condition.
In some embodiments, after receiving a click operation of a user on a target button, the client displays, for a handling area associated with the target button, first category item details of handling the target item in the handling area, and a plurality of first category item detail buttons in one-to-one correspondence.

Wherein each button displays more specific content of the respective portion. For example, specific handling steps may be displayed for buttons corresponding to the handling flow portion, specific material types, such as a house book, a graduation certificate, an identification card, etc., may be displayed for buttons corresponding to the required material portion, specific handling places, handling times, contact phones, etc., may be displayed for buttons corresponding to the handling place portion, and specific condition contents to be satisfied by "talent introduction" in Shenzhen city may be displayed for buttons corresponding to the acceptance condition portion.
According to the embodiment of the invention, only the key information most concerned by the user in the item details is displayed in a graphical mode, so that some non-key information is omitted, the user can focus on important information, and the user experience is improved.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a schematic flowchart of another alternative method for processing searching for government service according to an embodiment of the present invention, and step S107 and step S108 may be further included after step S106 shown in fig. 4.
In step S107, the client responds to the trigger operation for the second category detail button.
In some embodiments, a second category detail button may be further displayed in the graphical interface of the client, and may be clicked when the user wants to view more category details, and the client displays the specific content of the second category details in the page in response to the clicking operation of the user on the second category detail button.
In step S108, the client displays second category details of the target transaction in the transaction area, wherein the second category details comprise at least one of transaction type, acceptance range, transaction time limit, online transaction flow, and offline transaction flow.
In some embodiments, the client displays the second category details of the transaction target item in the transaction area after receiving a click operation of the user on the second category details button.
For example, taking the above "talent introduction" as an example, when the user wants to know more details of the service of handling "talent introduction" in Shenzhen, the user may click on the button of "more details" displayed on the client, and after receiving the click operation of the user on the button of "more details", the client displays other information, such as the acceptance range of talent introduction in Shenzhen, the online handling procedure, and the offline handling procedure.
According to the searching processing method for the government affair service, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the user can quickly locate the required target item by combining the items with the same name in the items, and then the user is guided to select the target handling area in a graphical mode, so that the final item details are quickly obtained, the time for searching the item details by the user is greatly shortened, and the user experience is improved.
Continuing with the description below of an exemplary configuration of the search processing device 455 for government services provided by embodiments of the present invention implemented as software modules, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the software modules stored in the search processing device 455 for government services of the memory 450 may include a response module 4551 and a display module 4552.
The system comprises a response module 4551 for responding to acquired keywords of government service, a display module 4552 for displaying at least one item matched with the keywords, wherein a plurality of handling areas are aggregated in each item, the response module 4551 is also used for responding to triggering operation for target items, the display module 4552 is also used for sequencing the plurality of handling areas in the target items according to the plurality of handling areas aggregated in the target items and displaying a plurality of buttons corresponding to the handling areas one by one, wherein the buttons corresponding to partial handling areas in the sequencing are displayed according to a specific display mode, the specific display mode comprises specific display parameters, the specific display parameters are different from default display parameters of the buttons corresponding to other handling areas, and the other handling areas are the handling areas except the partial handling areas in the sequencing.
In some embodiments, the search processing device 455 for a government service further includes a query module 4553 for querying a plurality of items matching the keyword and associated handling areas from the item index library, and the search processing device for a government service further includes a merging module 4554 for merging items with the same name from the plurality of items, wherein the merged items are aggregated with the associated handling areas.
In some embodiments, the specific display parameter comprises at least one of a specific size, a specific color, and a specific display background, wherein when the specific display parameter comprises the specific size, the specific size is larger than a default size of buttons corresponding to other transacted areas, when the specific display parameter comprises the specific color, the specific color is different from the default color of the buttons corresponding to other transacted areas, and when the specific display parameter comprises the specific display background, the default display parameter of the buttons corresponding to other transacted areas does not have the specific display background.
In some embodiments, the search processing device 455 for government service further includes an obtaining module 4556 for obtaining a user type submitting the keyword, and the search processing device 455 for government service further includes a filtering module 4557 for filtering the multiple processing areas according to the user type to obtain a processing area capable of accepting the user type from the multiple processing areas, where the processing area capable of accepting the user type is used for sorting.

In some embodiments, the acquisition module 4556 is further configured to acquire historical access data of a plurality of transaction areas corresponding to each item from the blockchain network, and the ordering module 4555 is further configured to invoke the smart contract in the blockchain network to cause the smart contract to order the plurality of transaction areas of each item in descending order of access frequency according to the historical access data.
In some embodiments, the response module 4551 is further configured to respond to a trigger operation for the target button, the display module 4552 is further configured to display, for a handling area associated with the target button, first category item details of handling the target item in the handling area, and a plurality of first category item detail buttons in one-to-one correspondence, wherein the first category item details include at least one of handling flow, required material, handling location, and acceptance condition.
In some embodiments, the display module 4552 is further configured to display a second category details button, the response module 4551 is further configured to respond to a trigger operation for the second category details button, the display module 4552 is further configured to display second category details of the target category in the transaction area, wherein the second category details include at least one of category, acceptance range, transaction time limit, online transaction process, and offline transaction process.
It should be noted that, the description of the apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention is similar to the description of the embodiment of the method described above, and has similar beneficial effects as the embodiment of the method, so that a detailed description is omitted. The technical details of the searching processing device for government service provided by the embodiment of the invention can be understood according to the description of any one of the figures 3-5.
In the following, an exemplary application of the embodiment of the present invention in a practical application scenario will be described.
Because of the great number of items in each province and the great number of business departments involved, the user cannot know the specific names of the items in the item catalog system and does not know which business department the items are responsible for, so that when the user performs online transaction on the government service network, the user mostly needs to search for related items (transaction guidance) and recommended items through the government service network and then go to a transaction page through links in the result, but because the items in each province are put down in the market, are put down in the city, are put down in the district, even are put down in the street, if the common searching and displaying mode is used, the same item (the same name) occupies a plurality of layouts, and the user cannot quickly locate the required items.
For example, referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a search result presentation page of a government service provided by the related art. As shown in fig. 6, after the user inputs "talent introduction" in the search box (61), talent introduction items (62) responsible for each of different prefecture and county regions are displayed in the page, and at this time, the user needs to constantly turn pages to find the talent introduction items of the prefecture and county region to which the user belongs, which is definitely not friendly to the user experience.
Aiming at the problems, the embodiment of the invention provides a searching and processing method for government affair service, which is characterized in that through merging matters with the same name, sequencing administrative regions (namely, office points) to which the matters belong according to historical access data of a user, and using a vivid graphic display mode, the user can quickly position the details of the matters or transacted pages required by the user, and the user experience is improved.
For example, referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic diagram of a search result presentation page of a government service according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, a user logs in to a government service network through a browser installed on a terminal, then inputs "talent introduction" into a search box (71) provided by the government service network, then the browser sends a search request message carrying "talent introduction" to a server so that the server searches for matters matched with "talent introduction" and administrative regions associated with matters from an item index library, finally, after receiving a plurality of matters returned by the server, the browser performs merging processing on matters with the same name so as to display only one search result of "talent introduction" (72) obtained after the merging processing in a page, and simultaneously displays the number of handling places aggregated by the search result, so that the "talent introduction" appears in the first page, and is convenient for the user to locate.
After the user clicks the search result "talent introduction" (72) in fig. 7, the graphical interface of the client jumps to the page shown in fig. 8, which shows an administrative area that can be handled by the "talent introduction" item, and if the administrative areas that the user frequently accesses in the past period are guangzhou, shenzhen, berg and dongguan, the buttons corresponding to guangzhou, shenzhen, berg and dongguan show different colors and have different sizes, so that the user can more conveniently locate the administrative areas where he needs to handle the item.
Assuming the user clicks the button corresponding to Guangzhou in FIG. 8, the graphical interface of the client will jump to the page shown in FIG. 9. As shown in fig. 9, it shows a plurality of administrative divisions subordinate to guangzhou, including a day reach of river, a more-beautiful area, a southern sand area, a white cloud area, and the like, each of which corresponds to a button. After the user clicks the button corresponding to the skip zone (the level of talent introduction item is zone, so that item details are directly displayed after the zone is selected, and street information can not be continuously displayed), the graphical interface of the client side jumps to the page shown in fig. 10, and the item details of talent introduction are displayed in the skip zone.
Of the item details, the user is most concerned about 4 items, which may be the transaction flow, the required material, the transaction place, and the acceptance condition, and thus, these 4 items may be presented first in fig. 10, and when the user thinks of viewing other information, more detailed buttons may be clicked, at which time the graphical interface of the client jumps to the text detail page shown in fig. 11 and 12.
By way of example, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, a user may view more specific item details on a text details page, including a check-out time limit (111), an acceptance range (112), an online transaction flow (121), an offline transaction flow (122), and so forth.
The process of ordering a plurality of administrative sections associated with an item is described in detail below.
In some embodiments, the server may collect historical access data for the user, and rank the plurality of administrative sections based on the historical access data, as follows.
1) Administrative regions frequently visited by users are collected, and when the users visit a government service network, a unique visitUid is generated at a client by using guid and recorded in a cookie. When the user is looking at the details of the event, visitUid, the administrative division region where the event is located is passed to the background, which stores the visitUid and region information to the access record table user_visual, the fields of the user_visual table including id (which may be self-added or generated using guid), uid (user true flag, available), visitUid (guest flag), VISITTIME (access time, background generation) and region (administrative division accessed).
2) If the user logs in the government service network, the true user identity uid is obtained, which is assumed to be 123456789, meanwhile visitUid of the user in the cookie is abcdefg, when the user views the item details, a record is written into a user_visual table, the uid and visitUid are associated, and the update user_visual set uid=123456789 where visitUid =abcdefg.
For quick search, the item and the administrative division that can be handled for the item may be associated in advance, assuming a xzqh field:

The above structure is stored in several fields such as the item name whose key field is id and the administrative division xzqh associated with the item in the search engine.
The search result display processing procedure is specifically described below.
1) The user accesses the government service network, and assuming that visitUid of the user is 12345678 obtained from the cookie, the background can asynchronously obtain administrative division frequently accessed by the user from the user_visual, and order the administrative division from high to low ,select region,count(region) cnt from user_visit where visitUid= 12345678 group by region order by cnt desc.
2) When the user retrieves the result, the list returned by the background service includes the item name field and the administrative division xzqh field (i.e. the item name matching the search request and the administrative divisions associated with the item names are returned), and the background also returns the sorting result of the user accessing the administrative division, which is assumed to be favor field (i.e. the sorting result obtained in step 1 above).
3) When the user clicks on a certain item in the search results, the administrative division results that the item can handle are presented according to the administrative division field xzqh, and at the same time, a circular button can be enlarged and color-processed according to the favor field for the administrative division that the user most commonly accesses (see fig. 8). If the user selects to view the details of a certain item, the access data is recorded and used as the basis for ordering the subsequent administrative division.
Embodiments of the present invention provide a computer readable storage medium storing executable instructions that, when executed by a processor, cause the processor to perform a method provided by embodiments of the present invention, for example, a method for searching for government service as shown in fig. 3-5.
In some embodiments, the storage medium may be FRAM, ROM, PROM, EPROM, EEPROM, flash memory, magnetic surface memory, optical disk, or CD-ROM, or various devices including one or any combination of the above.
In some embodiments, the executable instructions may be in the form of programs, software modules, scripts, or code, written in any form of programming language (including compiled or interpreted languages, or declarative or procedural languages), and they may be deployed in any form, including as stand-alone programs or as modules, components, subroutines, or other units suitable for use in a computing environment.

By combining the items with the same name in the items, the user can quickly locate the required target item, and then graphically guide the user to select the target handling area, so that the final item details are quickly found, and the time for the user to find the required item details is greatly shortened. Furthermore, the graphical interface increases user friendliness, omits some non-critical information, enables a user to focus on important information, and improves user experience.
